		<description>You&#039;re thinking of vitamin A, not vitamin E. I&#039;d add that taking large doses of vitamin A leads to liver failure; hence, dermatologists nowadays prescribe vitamin A derivatives like Retin-A and Accutane, rather than straight vitamin A, as they used to do.

There&#039;s no quick way to get rid of acne, once it&#039;s erupted. On the other hand, the only &quot;cure&quot; for recurring acne is to always wash your face with something like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, even when you think you didn&#039;t get sweaty that day. Or, get a prescription for Accutane. It&#039;s a bit of a scary drug, but it quite literally cures acne.</description>
