How do I know if this is a bug bite or a zit?
I аm zit prone аnd I hаνе a red bump οn mу cheek аnd аt first thats whаt I thουght іt wаѕ bυt now theres a streak οf reddness going upwards οn іt. іt hυrtѕ іf I touch іt. hοw саn I tеll thе differance. Mу οthеr zits hаνе never done thіѕ before.
How big is the bump? How long ago did you notice it?
Pain without any itching would make it less likely it was a bug bite. Also if it took a couple days or more to get to this point, it would indicate it’s probably not a bite.
If it forms a head after a couple days but is very large, it’s probably a boil, which is very much like a giant painful zit, but it involves a hair follicle opposed just a pore. You would want to very carefully drain any pus inside of it to avoid scarring. If it seems infected and/or you experience a general ill feeling, you should visit a doctor.
If it’s under the skin and doesn’t form a head, it’s a cyst. Cysts hurt a lot and can take a ridiculously long time to heal. You could see a doctor or a dermatologist for temporary treatment, but in the end it will have to heal on it’s own. Don’t try and squeeze it, they can’t be popped and you may cause increased swelling, bruising and/or scarring if you try.
If you experience more than a few cysts, you should consider seeing a dermatologist for treatment. Cystic acne is the worst kind, both in terms of appearance and pain.

Well, when I get a zit (which I usually do) I can tell if it’s a zit by if it hurts, and if looks like it has something in it.
Bug bites are usually itchy and once you itch them they sting.
if you itch a zit, puss will come out, ot it’ll hurt like a b!tch,
