Tea tree oil. It comes in a tiny bottle in the vitamin section. If the pimple has a head on it, Put a hot rag on it, hot as you can stand, for a minute or two, then poke it with a needle and gently squeeze it out. If it bleeds or has clear fluid come out, you squeezed too hard. Then put the tea tree oil on it. It works wonders!! I have started using tea tree oil on popped pimples and zits and now I get next to nil postmarks and no redness afterwards.
I don’t recommend alcohol. All alcohol does is strip the top layer, it can aggravate acne actually.

In my experience, first pop it–that removes the poison (pus) that your body would have to absorb and dispose of the hard way, and lets the skin heal sooner. It’ll actually look a little worse at first, but it will heal quickly. After popping it, for best results dab it with rubbing alcohol. Then, if you need to touch it up for a big date, apply skin-color makeup (for whatever your skin color is, of course).
dont use alcohol it will make it worse; toothpaste always does the job!!
