Can you really die from an infection from popping a zit?
Mу boyfriend’s mom claims thаt уου саn bесаυѕе іt happened tο thіѕ girl іn hеr village іn Spain. Shе claimed thаt thе girl popped a zit аnd іt gοt infected οr something ѕο ѕhе died? Iѕ thіѕ really possible?
Absolutely not, it is extremely rare for a person to become infected from popping a zit. If one did get infected, the skin would show visible signs of weeping, raised like skin lesion and the infection could be treated at the doctors. There are many anti-biotics which specifically treat infected skin.
Never heard of this. Acne is caused by bacteria, so I suppose that it is theoretically possible for the infection to spread to the blood stream and cause a massive general infection but that’s very very unlikely. Use lemons to treat the acne. They contain citric acid which kills the bacteria that causes acne.
Yes, I imagine that could happen. BUT, bigger picture is if you pop a zit, it can leave a scar for life. Don’t pop them. Let nature take it’s course and let it heal naturally.

If the pimple got infected because of poor sanitary conditions like her hands and disinfection before, These places are widespread for disease. If the sore did not heel right and got infected then maybe there could of been a cause of gangrene, but I believe that she died of a secondary cause. The coroner would have to have done his job to find out why.
Under normal conditions, people do not die from extracting a blemish.
