Can you get a zit or acne anywhere on the body?

Anywhere exept the palms of your hands and bottom of your feet.
i’m pretty sure yes. plenty of people get them on/ in their ears! feet i don’t know but i think so. just not on your palms or on the bottoms of your feet.
