What to expect with Yaz birth control?
i аm аlmοѕt fifteen аnd today i took mу first pill οf Yaz. i wаѕ wondering whаt tο expect thіѕ week lіkе mood swings аnd аll thе possible side effects. аnd аlѕο, hοw long dοеѕ іt take tο become effective іn preventing pregnancy?

Yaz has been getting some negative hype in the media lately but i was talking to my nurse a couple days ago and she said the risks are no greater than any other pill. Yaz shouldnt cause you mood swings because it is one of the only BC that is meant to also treat PMS symptoms. Generally speaking after 7 days the pill will become effective, but just play it safe lady and use it for a few weeks first. Possible side effects will range with each person, headaches and upset tummy are some non threatening ones. If you have moodiness or bad cramping go to your doctor. Also keep in mind that alot of medicines and herbs will change how effective YAZ will be. If you smoke weed, that will interact with it, take too much b12 that will as well, you can find lists of side effects/ drug interactions for Yaz on google. I no longer take yaz because it didnt agree with me, im on alesse now. Within a few weeks you will know if its going to work for you. In a month or so expect bigger boobs lol
