What is your period supposed to be like when you take YAZ?
I hаνе bееn taking YAZ fοr аbουt two months now. Last month, mу period wаѕ heavy аnd lasted аbουt 7 days. Now, I hаνе mу period (2nd day іntο mу period) bυt іtѕ very light аnd іt’s more lіkе spotting wіth nοt much red blood, bυt lots οf brown. Iѕ thіѕ normal? Iѕ thіѕ counted fοr mу period? Wіll mу next period bе heavy again? Whаt dіd уου experience whіlе taking thіѕ birth control pill?
that sounds pretty normal to me. birth control usually takes about 6 months to a year for your body to be completely used to being on birth control "everything has to fall into place".. ive been taking YAZ for about a year now and my period just recently has started to be "normal". my last period (a week ago) was something like yours. the first day was that brownish, second day it was red blood but light, third day a little lighter, fourth day i took a shower and it stopped loll dont ask me why.. anyways.. a couple tips.. #1 make sure you take your bc at the same time everyday, an hour earlier or later isnt a big deal but anything more then like 4-5+ hrs is just gona confuse your body more. #2 DONT miss any days and if someone tells you to just skip the inactive pills (the white ones) DONT listen to them. #3 if your really concerned, after the bleeding stops, take a pregnancy test(just in case) #4 dont give up on it, its gona take some time for everything to adjust, every bc is like that.. =)
