What is the difference between Yasmin and Yaz Birthcontrol?
I аѕkеd fοr Yaz bυt gοt yasmin instead аt thе free health clinic, whаt іѕ thе dіffеrеnсе іn thеѕе pills аnd саn ѕοmе one tеll mе іѕ Yasmin іѕ a gοοd birth control??

I work at a pharmacy….they are just two different forms birthcontrol……they probably made a mistake bc it’s easy to confuse the two…if this is the first time you are taking birthcontrol it isn’t a big deal but if you’ve been on Yaz for a while and are now taking Yasmin you should probably tell them.
Yes Yasmin is a good birthcontrol. I take it and I love it!!!!
All birth control is dangerous for you, including blood clots in the lungs and heart, breast lumps, failing vision, low sex drive and alot of other things. Why don’t you try using condoms. That B.C. is stopping your body from doing what it’s supposed to do naturally, like drop eggs. This is responsible for your hormones. Get off it!!!
Don’t take it. It gave me a pulmonary embolism. I took Yasmin. It worked well. I did’nt gain weight from it. Which is always a plus. But I kept feeling a tingling feeling in my chest. It would’nt go away. It was accompanied by sharp stabbing pains in my chest. I thought I was going to have a heart attack or something. I went to the emergency room and they did a CAT SCAN and found a small bloodclot in my lung. I got lucky that I caught it when I did. Those things can kill you without warning. They told me it was caused by the birth control. Which was Yasmin. It says it on the warning label. May cause blah blah… pulmonary embolism. But then again everybody is different. Just thought I would give you a heads up. You know if ever they discontinue it like the Patch.
