What birth controls are healthier than Yaz?
i hаνе bееn taking yaz fοr probably аbουt eight months аnd јυѕt saw a commercial saying hοw thеу hаνе lead tο serious health risks аnd im curious οf whаt аrе better/healthier birth controls tο switch tο?

I had the same problem, my doctor recommended that I just take the regular pill but take it back to back for three months (w/out the week in between packs) so that I would only have 4 periods a year. Worked for me anyways.
Anything other than Yaz/Yasmine.
Talk to your doctor about other brands.
Yaz/Yasmine are under scrutiny by the FDA for being more harmful than advertised. That said, they’re not under recall. The side effects are most serious in people with underlying health issues. I’m prone to blood clots so my doctor told me I had to stop taking it. If you’re in good health you’re probably fine on it. I’d call your pharmacist and ask what they suggest and I’d also express your concern with your doctor. They can put you on something else.
