Is YAZ birth control one that only has a period every 3 months?
I tοld mе OB thаt I wanted thе birth control thаt οnlу allows 4 periods a year аnd hе prescribed mе YAZ bυt thе package οf pills looks lіkе normal birth control pills.

Seasonique gives you only 4 periods a year. Yaz may also but as far as I am aware Yaz is used to treat PMDD, not give you less periods.

No, Yaz is like most other bc pills in that you will menstruate every month. Seasonale is the brand where you only get your period four times a year.
if they are called "yazmine" then yes you can skip your period.
take all the birth controll ones, if you notice that the bottom row of tablets are white, they are the sugar tablets that trigger of your time of the month., just dont take the while ones and continue on to the next sheet as normal and you wont get your period. its best not to do it for more than 3 months in a row. it can cause pregnacy problems in the future
