Im 18yrsold, is it OK for me to take YAZ birth control pill or will i get bloodclots?

omg !!! you sound paranoid! Im on Yaz and im 20…Im doing Just fine.. I have already asked my doctor about that commercial and she said that those are girls who did not notify their dr that they were smoking or what not and that they have different medical problems.. So if you are smoking or pregnant then YAZ isn’t for you… & its not good to be on and off your birth control now that could cause health problems… But as long as your doctor know all your medical problems and has still prescribed that medication for you then your fine but if it would make you feel better than go back to the dr for a recheck to make sure
