How do I start Yaz birth control?
I’m аbουt tο ѕtаrt Yaz, bυt I аm unsure аbουt thе ѕtаrt day. I’m рlаnnіng tο ѕtаrt іt οn thе "Sunday ѕtаrt" bυt іf I dο thіѕ іt wіll bе 7 days ѕіnсе mу period ѕtοрреd…dοеѕ thіѕ mean I ѕhουld wait until I ѕtаrt mу next cycle tο ѕtаrt thе birth control? Anу hеlр wіll bе appreciated!! Thank уου =)
Either begin on the first day of your period, or the Sunday following it, even if you are still bleeding or have stopped bleeding.
I take birth control too. I was confused at first about when to start as well. You can either start taking them the first day of your period or the first sunday after your period. I chose the first sunday afterwards. For either of these if you have had a period recently you’ll have to wait until the next one to start.
-DON’T- Use condoms instead and then you know you are safe from chemicals that may prevent you from one day becoming a mummy.
