Did YAZ birth control make you break out with acne more?
I hаνе bееn taking YAZ birth control fοr a week. Sіnсе I ѕtаrtеd taking іt I hаνе gotten horrible acne οn mу back chest аnd face. I hаνе always hаd mild acne here аnd thеrе bυt thіѕ іѕ disgusting. Mу doctor tοld mе іt wουld hеlр clear mу skin. Hаѕ anyone еlѕе hаd thіѕ problem? Dіd іt gο away wіth prolonged υѕе?
it could just be because the hormones are still new to your body in that amount at one time every day. give it a little time. 2 friends of mine are on it and got a little acne but then it went away after a few weeks of it. wait it out, see what happens. if you dont like it, ask for a different prescription.
I use yasmin, which is like the generic version and I dont have that problem at all.
Maybe you’re body just needs some time to get used to the new hormone, just wait like a month and if it doesnt improve see your doctor.
Im on it and haven’t had that problem.
Maybe its just your hormones.
