I have a pimple that’s forming on my upper lip. I need to get rid of it fast, over night. I can’t go to the store and buy something. I need home remedies and/or advice. Please help fast!

Last week I ended up with a zit (or whatever that’s called) on my upper lip after eating too much Lays chips and fried food. The zit is almost the size of a dime and it hella hurts. Even after five days, it shrunk a little, but it’s been getting harder. So what can I do to get rid of it before it pops (on its own) leaving me a big scar?

i have a pimple on my upper lip is that normal?? im 14 and i did have a bf before this pimple formed could it be herpes?? it is really small but i think its still growing but idk is it normal????????

I took accutane for about 9 or 10 months and it cleared up my face very well. Ive been off of it for about 4 months and I am slowly but surely seeing small pimples coming back all over my nose and upper lip. Before accutane, nothing worked for me. No lotions or creams did anything to the acne. I am wondering what the best thing is to do now after accutane without going back on it again. Thanks!

You can barely see it but it bothers the hell out of me. Its on the inside/outside rim nostril the part where its actually connected to the upper lip. What can I do to make this huge pimple go away, it hurts when I try to blow my nose. I tried to pop it but it hurts way too much and nothing is coming out. What can I use to make this BIG pimple shrink and be gone?
I also have a very few pimples on my cheeks, any advice?
