I know Benzoyl peroxide works well for me, but I need to find an inexpensive product that contains it, that you can buy at the grocery store, walmart, or a drugstore… etc. It’s ok if it also has Salicylic Acid in it. Do you know of any?

I had amild acne problem, but then my doctor prescribed me Benzooyl Peroxide 5% Wash. I’ve been using it for at least 2 monthes and my acne has cleared up. How long do I have to keep using this? My prescription only lasts until next year. Do you think I should use something else like salicylic acid?

I know that benzoyl peroxide has the habit of bleaching colored fabics, could that be used to beach say, a white shirt with a yellow armpit stain.

I know salicylic acid is said to removes these stains and I am planning giving that a try too…just wondering about the peroxide since I have both lyin around here (both ment for acne)

I have acne all over my forehead and now its spreading everywhere else.I tried salicylic acid but it just doesnt work.Im thinking about using Benzoyl Peroxide but I am afraid speaking I have very dry sensitive skin and I dont want to make it worse.Should I give it a try and what product should I use?Is it safe to get your eyebrows waxed?I used to use Retin A and I couldnt wax with that.This doesnt bleach your skin does it??

I heard that it was bad. But i use Neutrogena cleanser on my whole face, it’s main ingredient is salicylic acid, then wash it off and dry and use the neutrogena vanishing cream formula on spot pimples, 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. Nothing bad happens, in fact it’s starting to work well.

my salicylic acid wash has just seemed to stop working and all my pimples are coming back. what would be the best benzoyl peroxide product to use instead, probably 2.5%, to get rid of the existing pimples and keep away future ones the quickest and with the most success thanks

What facial moisturizers have benzoyl peroxide in them? I know a bunch have salicylic acid, but I’m looking for benzoyl peroxide: I’m looking for a cheaper version of Clinique’s Acne Solutions facial moisturizer with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide…preferrably one that I can pick up at Walmart, Target, or a drugstore.

i tried using clean and clear continuous control acne cleanser (10% benzoyl peroxide) and biore pore cleansing scrub (2% salicylic acid) yesterday. this morning i woke up with my eyes almost swollen shut. obviously i don’t want to try them again one at a time because i can’t have this happen again but i need to know which one i had the reaction to so i can treat my acne!
has anyone had a similar experience while using one of these face washes?

Is that an ok regimen to fight acne? or should I change one of the products?Is it ok to use both the benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid? Also, can i use the benzoyl peroxide cream face wash as an on the spot treatment? as in can i just put a dab on a huge pimple at night?

im planning to buy aveeno clear complexion daily moisturizer which contains salicylic acid.. can i use it eventhough im using 10% benzoyl peroxide spot treatment?? is it ok to use both products at the same time?
