I’ve had an internal pimple on my nose for about three-four weeks now, the swelling has gone down but the redness is still there and visible. How was wondering how much longer it’s going to take until it completely disappears?

I had this pimple in the corner of my nose/cheek. Like it’s on the side of my nose. There is two actually. They have been there for almost two months and im sick of them. How do I get rid of it? I tried bathing in hot water, squeezing it, putting toothpaste, tried two different acne creams, tried poking a need, but NOTHING!! Please help. Amd how to get rid of acne?

neutrogena isn’t doing anything.
proactiv has benzoyl peroxide.
I tried clean & clear it did nothing.
I tried tea tree oil- Nothing
I am currently using St.Ives, it’s not doing anything
