I am aware that accutane is wicked expensive. I am covered under multiplan insurance. Anyone know if they help cover the cost?
I have cystic acne, and my doctor told me that I should definitely try Accutane. The only issue is that my insurance doesn’t cover it and it would cost over 00 a month. I’ve been using the Murad acne process and that’s been working well for me, but that doesn’t work for the cystic acne under the skin, only the blemishes on the top layer. Are there any other medications or products that have worked on cystic acne that you know of? Thank you times ten in advance.
I’m already using a topical treatment called Murad. It’s basically Proactive x10 so that really won’t help me. That doesn’t take care of acne under the skin, only on top.
Like how much is Accutane or the Generic version cost? how much is each dosage each month? also how i hear you need to get a blood test every month i was wondering how much does that cost? Im think about asking my dermatologist to prescribe me it but i don’t have insurance so i need like a estimate how much the whole process is going to cost me?
I’ve been researching birth control before I pick one for me. And the shot, IUD, and the patch aren’t what I want. They all seem too risky. So I was looking into Oral contraceptives and found Yaz, Does anyone know how much it is? Without insurance that is.
I have lost my health insurance and I do not want to take another form of birth control… But a month is too much, I heard Walmart sells Yaz for a month. Is that true? That said, in there any where online I can get Yaz at a discount?
I currently don’t have health insurance, and am considering taking Accutane. However, since I don’t have insurance, I can’t afford continuous visits to a specialist like a dermatologist. I CAN afford to see my family doctor who charges me a flat rate for each office visit.
But, from what I’ve heard from other people, a dermatologist (not a family doctor) is the only person who can prescribe Accutane for you. Is this correct?
I had a yeast infection so somebody told me to take tetracycline (I don’t have insurance to see a doctor, can’t afford to see one). I purchased it online from an overseas company. The thing is whenever I stop taking it my yeast infection comes back the next day really badly, plus it is for some reason making my teeth sensitive. Are there any negative side effects to this med?
I’ve had acne for about 6 years now and I’m fed up with it. I did go see a dermatologist about a year ago, and he refused to give me accutane. My parents as well refused to let me use the drug because my family has a history of suicide. I have gone through every over-the-counter drug, and also about 3-4 different prescribed pills to help my problem. Proactive has worked somewhat, but only on my face, while I have it on my neck and back.
Since I am 18 now, i want to see a dermatologist on my own so I won’t need parental permission to use the drug, however I do not have my own insurance. Any advice toward my problem will be a big help.
Hi, I have never bought health insurance before, and I would like to know how I could find out if a particular health insurance provider would cover the costs of me going to a dermatologist and getting Accutane. Can anyone help me?
I have extremly bad sore throat, in fact its my weak spot, it bothers me throughout the whole year but in winter time I suffer the most. I always used to take clarithromicin for this but now I have no insurance and no money to pay for the doctor’s visit plus the medicine. So my friend has erythromycin and she wants me to try it but I’m not sure what it is primarily used for, maybe it won’t help my throat at all. So, please if you know something about it I’d really appreciate the info. Thanx
ok, How can I find any public clinic, that treats you for free? Never heard of such a thing, I live in New York
