would a 100mg doxycycline,that i took 2 times a day for about a week, have enough of an effect to cancel birth control?
haha, ya well thats the thing, i didn’t supplement, and now, i’m hoping nothing "happened", if you know what i mean.

I have been using Yaz birth control for a little over 2 months now, and I have lost about 10 pounds within the past 3 weeks. My weight is normally pretty stable, and the other birth controls I have tried has made me gain up to 5 pounds. I’m worried that maybe something else is wrong with me, but I have heard from only one other person that this birth control made them lose weight. Has anyone else experienced this side effect?

I have been taking YAZ birth control for a week. Since I started taking it I have gotten horrible acne on my back chest and face. I have always had mild acne here and there but this is disgusting. My doctor told me it would help clear my skin. Has anyone else had this problem? Did it go away with prolonged use?

I’m on my first pack of Yaz birth control… I haven’t really had any negative side effects all month. I took the first inactive pill yesterday and today I feel awful. I’ve been extremely emotional, crying all day for no reason and now I feel dizzy and sick. Is this normal? Will this even out when I go back on the active pills? Help!

I have been having issues with Yaz lately. I have TERRIBLE mood swings, my cramps have worsened, and I keep hearing all these negative statements about Yaz. I completely stopped taking the medication about a week ago and just scheduled an appointment to get another birth control.

What are some safe and reliable birth control pills? I’d like to do some research before I go to my appointment.

I told me OB that I wanted the birth control that only allows 4 periods a year and he prescribed me YAZ but the package of pills looks like normal birth control pills.
