I’m allergic to benzoyl peroxide and I don’t want to get anything prescription. I have really bad acne and suffered from it for a while. My acne is genetic but I want my skin clear. Military Ball is coming up pretty soon and I want to look good… HELP PLEASE!

I’ve had bad acne all over my cheeks and chin since 8th grade (I’m 16 now). I’ve tried a lot of stuff, Clearasil (not sure how to spell that), Proactiv, Benzol Peroxide and lots of other face washes but nothing seems to work. I even went to the doctor and got birth control pills because they r supposed to help your skin but those didn’t work either. It’s really embarrassing and horrible and if anybody has any suggestions, please help. Can anyone suggest good acne creams, washes, etc?

For the past 4 months i have had really bad acne.
And i have tried all kinds of over the counter meds but nothing really worked.
What might happen if i stop using acne products for a while,
Will is breakout even more and worse?

I have really bad acne on the back of my legs from running. I don’t have acne otherwise, and I don’t stay in sweaty clothes any longer than I have to after my runs. Is there anything I can do besides scrubbing the s*hit out of them every day?

I have acne and i am using the benzoyl peroxide the water base one and i sweat alot on my face during exercising on the treadmill and after that i use clean and clear -removes bacteria wash. does the benzoyl peroxide still be stuck on my face or will it go away? And will my face burn while im exercising??

I have mild to moderate inflammatory acne on my face, upper arms, back, and the back of my neck. I been to the dermotologist and she perscribed me a cream. Nothing seems to work, I take very good care of my skin. So I was wondering how bad acne has to be to be put on Accutane, because I really want to go on it because I heard it’s very powerful and effective, but I don’t know if she’ll let me. Anybody know?

I have pretty bad acne, and I just started Accutane 4 days ago. I have seen NO change at…How long does it take to start working?..I’m dying to have clear skin!!!

I use to have REALLY bad acne so my doctor said i could start accutane in a month, and that was last month. While I was waiting, i noticed my acne got quite better. When I start it in the next few days, will it take less than the usual 6 months to make my acne better or the same amount of time?

i have pretty bad acne and have been on doxycycline for two weeks and my acne has gotten so much worse and it just keeps getting worse and my skin is getting pretty dry. is this normal in the first few weeks? will it get better after it gets worse?

Well I have really fucking bad acne, and I just got prescribed a bottle of these doxycycline pills that are like 100 mg and I have to take 2 a day? Anyone know how long before it starts to affect?
