Tetracycline: for how long will results last?

since its an antibiotic, your body will eventually build up immunity.
from your personal experience- how long were you on it until it started to come back?

I am trying to get pregnant, my doctor put me on Doxycycline and said I could keep trying, is that really ok?

I started the antibiotic the day after I ovulated, I will be done with it after 10 days of being on it, so implantation would occur around 7 days of being on it, since the pregnancy would be so early on do you think it’s ok to take it?

I have recently started taking tetracycline as an acne treatment. Does the antibiotic make your whole body photosensitive or just your face? Is it safe to go out in the sun with high factor sun tan lotion on?

Help with taking doxycycline for Lyme disease?

Is there any other medicine they give for Lyme disease? This one makes menextremely nauseous. And makes me vomit. What else can I take for a Lyme disease antibiotic?

cant get a doctors appointment until at least tomorrow to get amoxicillin and i feel like i’m dying. i’ve got a perscription for doxy thtat i haven’t gotten in about 8 months, but i still have an Rx on file for it. as an antibiotic, will it kill whatever is givin me the sinus infection or is it not specialized enough? i mean, jeez.. it kills anthrax :\

If I have taken doxycycline for acne in the past, is it effective for preventing malaria now?

I was on doxycycline for 4 years in high school and now my doctor put me on it to prevent malaria (I am going to India). I am just nervous that being on the antibiotic for so long will cause the bacteria to be doxycycline-resistant. Is my thinking correct or are malaria-causing bacteria different? Thank you!

I'm on doxycycline and I just pierced my ears… will the doxycycline prevent the piercing from infection?

I will definitely keep the piercings clean anyway (four prior piercings and I don’t want this one to be the one that becomes infected), but I was just wondering out of curiosity since I have to take the doxycycline anyway for something unrelated… will it prevent infection since it’s an antibiotic? or does that not matter?

Do you thing combining doxycycline and roaccutane will help speed up the removal of red marks??

i have taken roaccutane and most most acne is gone…but all the red marks are still there….im thinking maybe if i drink doxycycline which is an antibiotic which is used to treat less serious acne might help with the red marks going away faster…what do you think?…
