I have taken Accutane for 4 months now and my face has cleared 99%, should I take it for a 5th month? My doctor has told me that I have cleared up and it us up to me and my parents whether I want to take it for another month or not. He said the difference is minimal to taking it for another month

So I am almost done with my accutane treatment, I will have only been on it for like three and a half/ 4 months. However, I feel kinda depressed and empty, like my life is going nowhere and I don’t feel like fixing it. Has anyone else experienced this? Please help me. By the way, not one person has noticed that my face has cleared up or said anything positive to me about it.

What might happen if i stop using acne products for a while,

I just got done with my second accutane cycle of 4 months today and I was wondering when all the side effects would go away (chapped lips, weight gain and stiff joint pains) in my case?

I have been taking accutane for 4 months already and it has been extremeley successful. Still, my dermatologist is putting me under the pill for 5 months but I really don’t feel like taking it, mostly because I experience excessive dryness. So I wanted to know if it’s likely for my acne to even return after this much treatment, cuz if not then i don’t want to take it anymore…

Ive had this pimple( i think, im not sure) on my lip for atleast the past 4 months. I dont know how to get rid of it ive tried every pimple medicine and I cant seem to get rid of it. Any advice?

about 4 months ago i finished taking accutane and yet my face is still red. the summer before i was really tan but right now i have pretty fair skin. what could i do to get my face back to normal? would just tanning help?

I took accutane for about 9 or 10 months and it cleared up my face very well. Ive been off of it for about 4 months and I am slowly but surely seeing small pimples coming back all over my nose and upper lip. Before accutane, nothing worked for me. No lotions or creams did anything to the acne. I am wondering what the best thing is to do now after accutane without going back on it again. Thanks!
