What is an easy and safe way to get rid of a pimple?

You know I’ve had acne problem since giving birth to my two sons and I used alot of products and natural remedies with not much success until I started using Clinique’s rinsse off cleanser (foam cleanser) and their step 3 clarifying lotion (it’s an astringent). It seems to dry out nasty pimples overnight. I balance it with a thick cold cream (like Pond) to balance the dryness. It will take time but you can always wash your face with hot water to open the pores, then rub some soap bar on your hands until you have enough and just put it all over your face. Finally, wash your face with hot water again and then wash your face again with really COLD water.
Do this about 2 times a day, for example at morning and at night, before you go to sleep.
I have done this for 4 years and not a simple pimple on my face.

Grind nutmeg (jaiphal) with unboiled milk and apply on affected area. This works as a magic. Pimples should disappear without leaving a mark. Drinking of wheat grass juice may remove acne.
