Just dab some on your face with a cotton ball/pad every night before you go to sleep. Once you get used to it change the solution from 75/25 until it's only Apple Cider Vinegar. If it's in indented scars you need to viset a doctor and get like fat injected in your face to raise the scars. Red/Brown marks you can slowly fade with a 50/50 mix of Apple Cider Vinegar and water.
