try Neutrogena Oil-Free acne wash and Neutrogena Wave try putting straw berry leaves on the pimple this will reduce swelling and try toothpaste not the gel kind this also reduces swelling wash your face twice a day or more but do not rub on your face to hard this will create a rash and red skin if u rub the pimple to much it will pop and will be really gross
