I would recommend seeing a dermatologist if you are able (have health insurance). It may be a stubborn blemish, but it may be something more serious. If it is severe acne, a dermatologist may be able to give you a stronger medication than you can get over-the-counter. I hope it isn’t anything serious and it clears soon.
Pimples don’t last 2 months. Could be skin cancer.
cut it out with a knife..
get proactive.
Use a blow torch
go to a dermatologist to get a special treatment or to see what’s wrong
What does it look like? You might need a dermatologist to look at it. I had what I thought was a pimple on my cheek and it turned out to be a DEEP black head…the dermatologist lanced it and got everything out…but it was there for months and months…
try gold bond cream three to four times a day. it really works it dries it up in no time
try going to sauna, and QUINADERM cream is the best off all creams for acne, i tried them all, or go to your g,p and the will lance them, and yu will get great ease, trust me iv bein there, it mite be a boil good luck and let me no how you get on, and if you drink cut down, it has alot to ans for
goto the dermatolgist.. they do wonders!!! they can do a chemical peel, microderm.. etc. they can get rid of it in seconds..
pop it. then dab some rubbing alcohol on it.
DO NOT TRY PROACTIVE. It does not work. It irritates your skin, and it drys out your skin and when your skin is completly dry it produces more oil which gives you more acne. I just learned that the hard way, luckily i have a friend who is an esstitition so im going to get a perfessional facial and im getting started on arbonne. It has worked for my friends and i was pretty impressed. Also if you have not started you period yet then there is a great chance that it will get better once you start. Another good treatment is skin ID. i have not tryed it but it works for your skin individually.
That’s crazy! I once had the same problem!
I had two pimples side by side on my chin and it didn’t go away for months. This is going to sound gross, but the reason why it’s probably not going away is because there are two of them. One is probably fueling the other. Ugh. Yeah.
But don’t worry, this happened to me and I tried everything! But I don’t have anything specific for you to try. You should probably do what others are telling you to do. For me, it just went away after a long while. And it kind of left a temporary scar since it was there for a long time. But just hide it with concealer. The scar will go away eventually. But it took months to get rid of.
Or you can always go to a dermatologist.
well i would see a derm it oculd be a calcium deposit! and not a zit!
Good old Mother Nature is available, so let’s just blame her for acne. It works for me. And, when you get right down to the facts about acne and what causes it, she is mostly, but not entirely, to blame.
Acne in teenagers, as well as acne in adults, is mostly caused by a hormonal imbalance. The process of a child’s body turning into an adult’s body is nothing if not traumatic for the poor hormonal system. Everything just goes awry! There’s too much of this and not enough of that. The body is in turmoil trying to get the hormonal balance right again. And it does get right…eventually…usually.
When dear Mother Nature finally gets the hormonal balance right, it doesn’t always stay right. Such things as problematic monthly menstrual cycles can play havoc with the hormonal balance. Starting or stopping birth control pills and pregnancy also can get the hormones all out of whack.
Let’s face it (pardon the pun), acne is just a part of the maturing process for about 95% of the population. There is just no shortcut to get from being 12 to being 25. You have to get there one day at a time, and some of those days are going to put acne on your face.
There’s good news, though. While acne can’t be cured, it can be treated, and pretty effectively, too. There are over-the-counter medications that work very well on mild cases of acne. There are prescription medications that work very well for severe cases of acne.
If you do have acne and it leaves scars on your face, there are procedures that will remove those scars.
Acne, fortunately, is NOT fatal. The problem will eventually just go away. I hate to tell you, but just about the same time the acne clears up, you have to start worrying about wrinkles. It’s always SOMETHING with Mother Nature!
