How come sometimes you get a big pimple and other times you get a small one?

It’s sort of random, really. Well actually..there is a reason. lol.
It depends on the size of the pore, how clogged it becomes, how inflamed/irritated it becomes, whether or not the skin upon it can "breathe"…
