What is the best way to make the redness in a pimple go down?

I know this might sound gross,but i have this one pimple and it’s driving me crazy! It’s not puffy but it’s really red.Does anyone have some ways or old remidies to help?Also, i have a dance coming up so i need it to go down by then.

How does the oral contraceptive, Yaz, work?

I’ve been on it for a few months, but I’m confused as to when I am protected from unwanted pregnancy. I know when you’re just starting out, you’re supposed to wait a week or whatever; this is not my question. I want to know if since I’ve been on it for months if I’m basically always protected. How long do I need to take active pills after the inactive pills for it to function as contraception again? Again, I’m not asking how long it takes to work when you’re just starting Yaz. Thank you!
