There is no interaction between erythromycin and Midrin that I know of. You should be OK taking them together.
Call a pharmacist. This is not a good question to be asking on here. It sounds like they might be safe because erythomycin is an antibiotic I think but you are better off not trusting someones opinion on here because your well-being is not worth an opinion.
