pull the lower lid down and put the medicine in from the inner part to the outer part of the eye. Then release the bottom eyelid and close the eye several minutes. If the amount of medicine is not specified, put about a quarter inch of medicine in your eye. Repeat method for the other eye if both eyes require medicine. Be careful not to place the medicine directly on the cornea as it can cause irritation, just put it in the lower lid (conjunctival sac). Your vision may be blurred for a short time. Good Luck.
