In both cases it says that the drugs can be hard on the stomach so you may want to take with food.
Also, it’s a personal choice & I’m not saying to go one way or another; however you should be aware that any drug as well as alcohol are metabolized by the liver. So it could be hard on the liver.
(Personally I don’t take Tylenol if I know I will be drinking alcohol later the same day, however I will take other drugs if needed (even other painkillers) and have a beer or glass of wine later in the day.)
