That's odd... It's also odd that you had a 10 day prescription for doxycycline, when it's normally 2 100 mg tabs a day for a week.... Anyway, the general rule is that you should wait at least a week after being treated before having sex, but two would be safer. If it positively can't wait that long, then you MUST use a condom. Also, if I were you, I'd actually get tested. You may not even have these STDs in which case you are wasting your time.
