No, but it’s known that antibiotic use with BCP can lessen their effectiveness. Meaning you have a greater chance of becoming pregnant. You cannot take this med for lenghty time periods without causing other problems you don’t want, like yeast infections, resistance, and other infections.

No MD would Rx this in place of BCP. How would you get it? Online? those are counterfeit pharmacies unless they have VIPPS or NABP seal. You would need a Rx. If you get meds without a Rx, most likely fake and they took your money, sold you capsules, tablets with no medication in them.. probably made in a filthy closet by someone with dirty hands, sores, coughing all over them, sneezing, etc. Ugly, huh?
