Can anyone suggest the right pro-biotic for Doryx, Doxycycline? * For young women?

Be careful with Doxycycline, as it decreases the skins resistance to sunlight, and you can get very badly burnt very quickly. Also, as I’m sure you’ve been told, you must not get pregnant while on it. It causes severe birth defects in babies.
As for the probiotic, any good health food shop should sell them, Find one that needs to be kept in the fridge. They are more effective than ones that just sit on a shelf. Nature’s Way has a good range. You could also try an immune support supplement. Thompsons "Immunofort" is one variety, but there’s lots out there.
