Its stil really small and barely noticable, but last time i got a blackhead i messed with it and it got bigger and turned into a zit and got really big and red. But im not gonna mess with it this time, but i know it will not go away, and it might bet bigger, how can i prevent it?

I popped a zit on my balls, and when I popped it it got bigger, then it got alittle bit smaller, and i’ve had it for about a month or maybe alittle longer and I just popped again tonight?
