I am taking Tetracycline, and drink a big glass of water after it, as told to. It also says to not eat Calcium or Dairy. Am I ok to eat Doritos though? Im not sure how much cheese is actually in the chips. Please answer only if you know what your talking about. Thanks

I am taking tetracycline for skin problems. I have been trying for a while to lose weight, but what happens is I’ll lose 7 or so pounds in a week and then gain it all back. Can tetracycline cause weight gain? I really need to know.

I started Tetracycline (for my acne) about a week ago and I have been researching it online. I found that it can permanently stain your teeth, and I want to know if anyone who has taken Tetracycline has experienced that side effect (if so how severe?) And if you know, what are the percentages of people that get that side effect. thanks!

from your personal experience- how long were you on it until it started to come back?

I am deciding on my undergraduate research, and I want to test how well ampicillin and tetracycline kill E. coli when combined compared to how they work alone. If I were to get the liquid form of these antibiotics, could I mix these liquids without any chemical interactions?

I recently went to a doctor with ear clicking,ear pain and sinus trouble.He said I have an ear infection and perscribed Tetracycline.I’ve never taken this before for an ear infection.Will it clear it up or do I need to seek the advice of another doctor??

i am taking 250mg tetracycline tonight and if i expose to sun will it make my brown skin more darker ? (250mg per day is a small dose i think)

I took antibiodic Tetracycline when I was around 5. I was heavily medicated as well. As a result, it made my teeth extremely yellow. Do you think crest Whitening Strips would help? or Maybe getting it whitened at the dentist? My mom said it wouldn’t help because those options are for people whose teeth are stained from food/tea/coffee, etc…
Is anyone else suffering from this same problem?
