I have 10% benzoyl peroxide and i use it in the morning and afternoon and wash it off at night. Does it work?

i’ve been using proactiv for awhile and now everytime i use it my face gets really itchy and irritating!! so now i use a different face wash and the clearasil on the spot thing that supposably takes 4 hours and my face got itchy from it and that contains benzoyl peroxide. are there any good on the spot treatments that dont contain it?

Hi, I heard online that Benzoyl peroxide can cause tumors. Is this true?

I’m pregnant and Salicylic Acid is a no-no. But all the over-the-counter acne body washes like Neutrogena have Salicylic Acid. Benzoyl Peroxide is ok to use, but I can’t find a body wash where that is the main ingredient. Can anyone advise on something that is safe to use?

Can I use salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide together? I want to use a toner with salicylic acid and then benzoyl peroxide lotion…..but of course I an not going to rinse off the toner with salicylic acid.

i have used benzoyl peroxide for acne, but my face is always red now. i havent used it in about a month or so. However i cant seem to get rid of the redness and its driving me crazy! i figured moisturizer would help, but that doesnt appear to be the case. what can i do?

Before I had smooth skin but it had acne. After using Benzoyl Peroxide for four days my skin started to dry, redden, and peel. Will my skin go back to normal and recover if I stop applying the medicine?
And I have this "tanned" look on the applied area (On my nose and above my cheeks, it’s right next to my nose)

After using proactive for a about 1 month i started to realize that under my left eye the sentive part under the eye was starting to become swollen. This Only Happened under my left eye. After Trial and error i found out that it was the Benzoyl Peroxide that made that happen to me is there any way that i can stop this from happening? Any Way to stop my left under eye from getting swollen?

So on acne.org, it states that you shouldn’t wash off the benzoyl peroxide cream after it dries….

so am i suppose to just leave it on for the entire day and apply moisturizer on top of the benzoyl peroxide, or do I wash it off first and then apply?
