Which is stronger for pimples, benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid?
cuz i υѕе 10% benzoyl peroxide medicine аnd i thουght іt wουld bе stronger, bυt thе 2% salicylic acid helps more…hеlр??? thanx!

Personally I have found salicylic acid to be stronger in the fight against pimples. As a teen I used products with 10% benzoyl peroxide but they had little or no effect. However as I got older I discovered salicylic acid and used it. In the form of Neutrogena Multi-Vitamin acne treatment. Needless to say I found that in a short period of time my pimples had disappeared.
Realistically though, only you and your dermatologist can decide on what works best for you. You also indicated that you thought that the salicylic acid product worked better. I always believe that if something works for you run with it.

I believe benzoyl peroxide is "stronger", but it might be too strong. Salicylic acid (which is aspirin) might not be as strong, but I think it’s more effective.
try benzoyl peroxide. i’ve tried it for the first time and it’s worked for me.
