need to know what is the best benzoyl peroxide product to use for acne?

OKAY, well I’m turning 16 this year, and i have had acne since the end of 2007. I started off with some basic stuff from pharmacy’s and supermarkets, but last year in 2009, I went to my family doctor. She told me that she had acne when she was young, and that the best thing is to start off low, and work your way up.
She started me on scrubbing my face with a micro fiber cloth in the morning, and applying an ethanol based "dabber" called Clyndatech (or something), and at night, was my face with tea tree oil acne face gel in the shower, then apply Duac which has about 5% benzoyl peroxide. This is prescription stuff, but i can tell you, my face looks MUCH better than it did in 2007/08. I ALSO TAKE the nonprescription Zinc tablets every night, and try to lay off sugary foods.
So i would suggest you get your local/family doctor, talk to them about it and get on a prescription, if they send you to a dermatologist to put you on oracutane or pills straight away, take the sensible option first and just ask for creams. BUT REMEMBER THIS, everyone’s skin is different and if treatment for acne is effective for someone else, it may not be for you.
