How much of benzoyl peroxide for an active ingredient for acne scrub? ?
Heya, I wаѕ wondering hοw much benzoyl peroxide (οr οthеr substance) percentage I ѕhουld look fοr іn аn acne cleanser.
I’ve bееn using AcneFree fοr аbουt 2 months now, nο results really. I’m beginning tο thіnk іtѕ doing tοο much fοr mу skin tο handle, аnd I’m tempted tο јυѕt stick tο a daily cleanser.

I think that no matter what your face is going to be dry/flaky. That’s what Benzoyl Peroxide does.
Proactiv uses 2.5% in both the cleanser as well as the repairing lotion. I currently use Clindoxyl gel, and it has 5%. I’m definately having great results with Clindoxyl, but to get the 5% you need a prescription. I just got it from my family doc, and it was super easy.
2.5% does the trick though for a lot of people, because Proactiv is pretty popular.
By the way, I have moderate acne.

For Benzoyl Peroxide I would recommend 10%. Or try an acne scrub (with exfoliating beads) with 2% salicylic acid. I use the latter and rarely get new acne.
it has to be 2.5% if it has more it will really damage ur skin
try neutrogena on the spot cream it works it really really really does work
