What is a guarenteed acne pill or antibiotic that will work?

my brother and I had very bad acne when we were younger and I have to say that a combined approach should be the best way to tackle this problem.
In most cases this acne problem should resolve as you get older but to prevent bad scaring you need to keep it under control now!
I recommend a course of antibiotics(you need to see a dr for this) and you need to take it for over a month!
Plus a LOW Fat diet (my acne + white heads disappeared when i went on a diet) high antioxidant(fruits & veges) diet!
PLus some type of antibiotic ointment/cream …
all the best….u need to be patient….it takes a while to work as the skin replaces itself every few weeks it will take a while for results to show……dont lose hope with the treatment you are given…….some people react differently to certain regimens of treatment and it my take a while for your dr to figure out which one suits you best!…

Unfortunately, antibiotics are neither guaranteed nor fast. The only thing that is guaranteed, albeit it takes a few months, is accutane. If your acne is starting to scar, I would suggest looking into accutane if youre looking for a definite solution.
