Acne is a very serious problem and here are ways to improve it.
1. Have a better diet!
Eat thing that are green and leafy if you know what I mean. Reward yourself (sometimes)
with things like fat free juice pops.
2. Drink a lot of water!
Your body is made of water and needs it. Water helps keep your body functioning and keeping it healthy. Lack of water is also a cause for acne.
3. Wash your face.
Now here is another reason why people have acne. They wash their faces with things like wash clothes that scratch up your face, here are some more things you should stay away from, bath gloves, wash clothes(rags), and etc.
4. Get a facial cleanser.
No this don’t help acne it gets bacteria and oils out of your face. I recommend ” Clean and Clear Morning Burst”. It cost 7 dollars or more but it’s worth it.
5. Try not to touch your face and try not to stress.
Touching your face is almost everyone’s cause of acne, so your not alone. Stressing about things such as a big test will also cause acne. Stress is my acne cause also so yes your still not alone.
Do this every day and you’ll be acne free ( if you take care of yourself )

That AcneAce is an ad, an annoying one at that. Don’t bother trying home made methods, which could even worsen the acne. Don’t do rub toothpaste or put anything harmful on your face. If homemade methods actually worked, there would be no reason to buy acne products at stores…Take 50mcg of zinc (cheap) per day with food, try oil pulling (sesame, sunflower oil), or Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. If these don’t work get a script for differin, use a gentle cleanser/moisturizer (CeraVe) and a BHA (exfoliater) product like neutrogena. If that doesn’t work, no homemade method will.
Hi, Acne can be a big deal and there are ways to get rid of it from home easily. Like u can use potatoes or use simple natural products or take steams and more and after acne is gone u have to worry about scars and there are lots of home remedies for it too.

Raw egg and oatmeal! Works like a charm use it once or twice a week depending on how bad acne is!
Washing your face regularly from time to time will help yo to get rid of acne.
Just sprinkle some handful of water on your face. Use a cotton cloth and gently clean your face, don’t rub. Drink Lots of water.
