ask ur doctor for a sample of benzaclin….it worked for me
go buy the sample pack of like proactive. it really worked for my friend!
talk to your doctor about clindoxyl gel… it has to be perscribed
i have pills and im 14. it was wreally bade two years ago and it kept it under control. if it really makes you feel that bad you should go on acutune.
try neutrogena oil-free facial wash, oil-free mosturiser and daily scrub. these r strong on acne but mild on ur face skin. they remove acne, acne-marks and blackheads and prevent further breakouts
maybe u should try the zappy thingy. um srry thats not specific enough. or the clean and clear thing that only takes 8 hrs to work.
You could ask your doctor for antibiotics such as Erythmorycin (may be spelt wrong) or the Pill is supposed to help with skin.
Try the clear skin regimen on Acne.com. It helped clear me up enough that the doctor didn’t have to prescribe such harsh medicine.
You need to use one product for a while to really see if it works. It won’t work like magic overnight. Proactiv really worked for me (still working, actually). You just have to give it time.
try murad. i heard it really works. what you don’t want…ANY PRODUCT WITH BENZOYL PEROXIDE. it will dry out your skin. it even gave me wrinkles under my eyes. do not use clean and clear persagel 10. it has 10% benzoyl peroxide in it which is way too much. hope this helped.
Well I used to have bad acne and its starting to disappear you can try Vichy its for acne and works very well. To wash your face try using acne pads instead of soap and water it cleans your face and at the same time gets ride of acne.
Good luck
1. Don’t pick, press, rub, or otherwise manipulate your pimples. If you do, you risk spreading the bacteria and increasing the chances of scarring.
2. Use an over-the-counter product containing benzoyl peroxide once or twice a day. It helps break up the plug of dead skin cells, bacteria, and oil that clogs the pore and forms an acne blemish. And it cuts down on the bacteria, too. Start with the lowest concentration, and work your way up.
3. Try over-the-counter products containing sulfur or resorcinol, which help unplug oil glands by irritating the skin. However, most dermatologists believe that benzoyl peroxide is the most effective over-the-counter ingredient for acne.
4. Don’t just spot-treat acne; put the product on acne-prone areas, too. That can include your entire face (avoid the lips and eyes), back, and chest.
5. Go easy on your face. Washing removes oils from the surface of the skin, not from within the plugged ducts. In fact, if you’re too aggressive in your quest for cleanliness, you may end up drying out or irritating the sensitive skin on your face.
6. Wash properly once or twice a day, using a mild soap, and rub lightly with your fingertips and warm water. If your skin is oily, use a soap with benzoyl peroxide for its drying properties.
7. Don’t use brushes, rough sponges, cleansers with granules or walnut hulls, or anything similar on the delicate facial skin.
8. Don’t use oily products, such as hair pomades, heavy oil-based facial moisturizers, or oily cleansers.
9. Use water-based make-up.
10. Don’t get a facial. You may end up doing more harm than good.
11. Don’t rest your chin on your hands or constantly touch your face.
12. Protect your skin from cancer and wrinkles without aggravating your acne by choosing an oil- free sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher.
13. Don’t worry about what you eat, unless you notice a correlation between a particular food and your skin breaking out.
14. Watch out for iodine, which can be found in multiple vitamins and iodized salt. Some doctors believe iodine may encourage acne.
Hope this helps!
I use Kiehls cleanser, toner, masque(night), and moisturizer(morning). Personally I love it. It works magic overnight.
i use these face pads before i go to bed they are called noxocema i think something like that and it comes in a bule and orange container.

I didn’t have any side effects either but I guess that differs from person to person.

I used to have an acute case of acne when I was younger for many years; it covered
my face, back, chest and posterior. I eventually healed myself without the use of
drugs. I cured myself through DIET.
-This is what you should ELIMINATE!!! quit eating eating it:
fried foods
White bread/flour
starch combinations during the same meal (e.g. potatoes and pasta)
soda/carbonated drinks
sugar/corn syrup
meat/dairy
soft foods (processed foods)
hydrogenated oils (in processed foods)
fast food
(my sister had eczema for a # of years; and I also told her to change her diet, but
she wouldn’t listen. eventually, she took a massage course and it talked about the
importance of diet, so she just tried quiting fast food and soda, when she did
that, her eczema cleared up. now she listens to my advice.)
-you should increase your intake of:
fruits/vegetables, preferably organic (you should have a salad a day, at the least)
8 glasses of water a day
whole foods
black and/or brown bread (whole grains)
nuts
-you should have a balance, of 80% alkaline (mostly FRESH fruits and vegetables)
forming foods, to 20% acid forming foods.
going vegetarian/vegan/raw foodist would help. it helps set strict goals and rules
to follow. I had to adhere to these rules strictly, but mine was a severe case.
eating this way comes naturally to me now.

Basically, your eliminations are poor/sluggish; thats is why some people can get
away with eating badly, but you may not. The reason changing your diet to the foods
below will help is because your eating foods that are much easier to digest and
elminate than those above. exercising will help, also.
I would check out Edgar Cayce; without his advice I would probably still suffer
today.
He also said you can help yourself through exercise and osteopathic adjustments to
your spine, he said this can create imbalances in your nervous system (if it isn’t
in proper adjustment) which will affect everything else. I haven’t done this yet,
as it is expensive; but I assume when I do, I will be able to better digest the
aforementioned foods. Through DIET ALONE I have been cured for a number of years.
Don’t believe the people who say it doesn’t effect it, I swear to god this will
help. It helped me. =) good luck!
Just so others are aware, I’m copy/pasting this to others, so they can get advice,
because I have been there. i’m not selling or advertising for anyone or anything,
i’m not spamming. don’t think that, if you see this advice elsewhere.
Black Soap relieves acne, oily skin, blemishes, eczema and psoriasis, rashes, ring worm, and body odors. The best part of this soap is it is reasonably priced.
Shea Butter helps heal scars, bruises, burns, and stretch marks.
As a person grows older, acne reduces and usually disappears by the time the person is thirty years old.
Though many medicines are available, acne can be cured by simple home remedies.
