In fact, if you think about it, after your course of medicine, you WILL suddenly stop taking it, and your acne should still stay in check. In addition, for those patients of mine who are experiencing too many aggravating side effects, such as dry lips,arms, etc, I have them get off of the medicine for a few days and then restart, with no "backsliding" occurring.
