I have been on Accutane for about 2 months and my acne has not gotten better, should I expect results?
I hаνе tried many acne medications аnd hаνе hаd thе mοѕt success wіth smg/tmz whісh іѕ a sulfa pill. I hаνе never hаd clear skin, wіth аnу medication, bυt I wаѕ hoping tο find thаt wіth Accutane.

That depends on how long your treatment period is and on you personally. My treatment period was 6 months and at 2 months I had dry, scaly skin, I was constantly thirsty, my lips were so cracked I could barely open my mouth wide enough to fit a spoon in, and I still had acne almost as bad as when I started. The effects of Accutane are cumulative, so you should see your skin slowly get better over the course of your treatment. Since the effects are gradual, you may not even notice them in the beginning.
Accutane affects some people more than others. Even after one treatment cycle is completed (usually 4-6 months), many people have to go back for a second treatment (another 4-6 months). Even once you finish with Accutane, you’ll probably still get the occasional zit, just like people who have never had acne do.
Different acne treatments work differently for different people
What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into pimples. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly pimples.
Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available:

P.S. I also know someone who used to suffer from severe acne for 14 YEARS and finally got rid of it completely. She’s sharing her story at her site:
