You would need to have your lipids tested; and perhaps your liver functions, too. Your best bet is to ask your dermatologist exactly what tests he requires in order to treat you (it varies a bit from one doc to the other); then call the lab and ask them the cost of the various tests. In addition, call the pharmacy and ask them what the accutane would cost (you’ll have to ask your dermatologist what dosage he’d put you on, as there are varying dosages and hence, varying costs.)
