How can i improve acne while im still on accutane?
I’m οn thе medication accutane rіght now аnd аll mу pimples wеnt away. Bυt thе problem іѕ thаt mу cheeks аrе still covered wіth red dots аnd spots whісh hаνе nοt improved іn аbουt 2 months. I’ve bееn οn thе accutane fοr four months total. Please hеlр!!
Are the red spots scars? By your description, it seems that this is so. Accutane does not help with scars/discoloration; they will fade on their own over time. However, after several months of being off of Accutane you can have lazer treatments done to reduce discoloration, or there are some scar creams that are supposed to work well.
For the red dots and spots you can possibly use a fading cream/gel which has a bleaching agent like hydroquinone.
