		<description>Actually, only a very small percentage of people experience worsening of their acne at the start of the treatment. And, only a very small percentage of people experience any side effects, other than dryness (which I don&#039;t consider a side effect, but rather an EFFECT). If you do happen to develop an unwanted side effect, talk to your dermatologist about lowering the dosage for a short period until your body adjusts, and then raising the dosage back up.</description>
