Does everyone break out after they start accutane?
I just started accutane, and im scared im going to badly break out here. Does everyone breakout, or is it possible to see results quickly?
Actually, only a very small percentage of people experience worsening of their acne at the start of the treatment. And, only a very small percentage of people experience any side effects, other than dryness (which I don’t consider a side effect, but rather an EFFECT). If you do happen to develop an unwanted side effect, talk to your dermatologist about lowering the dosage for a short period until your body adjusts, and then raising the dosage back up.
Go to yahoo and type in accutane side effects. There have been some really terrible and life threatening side effects from people who have taken that drug.
