I’ve been on accutane for one month and started noticing signs and symptoms within a week. My acne didn’t change but your skin starts getting drier and more sensitive. I have seen small changes with my acne but I am still waiting to see the good results. My derm. said it could be three months before you can really see a difference.

Give it a good two or three weeks. It will work. Some people need to take two courses of it, but it works. I never, ever had a break out again after I was on it. Good luck.
I have been on Accutane for a few months now, probably 5? And trust me, it’s worth the wait!
My skin got worse before it got better. Not really bad, but just I noticed a had a few more zits. But that’s normal, because Accutane brings EVERYTHING out.
It took about a month and a half or so until I saw results. Make sure you take it as perscribed.

You’re lucky you haven’t seen any change so far
It’s going to get worse, because it pretty much brings out all the acne you will ever have within the first month. After that, you will slowly see changes. But remember..even if it makes you have no acne, you will still have scars. So just give it a while, its going to take some time.
