Want smooth skin. How to get it without having my acne resurface. Benzoyl peroxide is the only thing that keeps my acne at bay but now that the acne is gone, I don’t want to keep using it and I want to smooth out all these fine wrinkles that are left over and even my skin tone.

I use to have REALLY bad acne so my doctor said i could start accutane in a month, and that was last month. While I was waiting, i noticed my acne got quite better. When I start it in the next few days, will it take less than the usual 6 months to make my acne better or the same amount of time?

Hi I’m a 20 years old girl suffering from pastular acne and I have been taking oral antibiotics since 2001. I took doxycline until 2005 before my acne flares up again. My doctor then prescribed me erythromycin which worked for a few months before I started breaking out again and it was back to doxycycline for me. Now my doctor has prescribed me minocycline, will it worked since it is the same class as doxycycline or should I try other acne treatments such as oral contraceptives?
